DESIGN MATTERS

Design

Guiding our clients through programming, schematic design and design development is paramount to the success of any project. We take the necessary time to listen carefully to the needs, desires and dreams of our clients and provide solutions that encapsulate their visions while sensitively providing professional direction.

Documentation

After owner approval of the design phase drawings and preliminary project budget, we will produce detailed construction documents for local building department permitting. Our office is experienced in working with the State of Florida Dept. of Environmental Protection for coastal construction permitting required to preserve coastal hammock vegetation.

Construction

On-site observation of construction operations is performed in order to ensure that the work is done in accordance with the contract documents and to guard the owner against defects and deficiencies. Our office coordinates closely with the general contractor throughout this process in making interpretations and decisions during construction.
